I started eating the Rye bread, the Rye bread and even the wild rice. And I’ve been eating it almost every day because I’ve fallen in love with it. And I was just wondering can you eat that in excess, can I eat too much? Like some morning…
Dr Sebi: If the rye bread is made from a 100% rye, you can eat it for the rest of your life. It’s not going to hurt you.
That’s the one protective measure that the naturalness has. If it’s natural, the only thing that you’re gonna get, is tired of it, but your going to get healthier every day.
Audience member: And wild rice?
Dr Sebi: The wild rice is natural, that’s a natural. That’s the black one, that cost ten dollars a pound. Okay, sure. That’s a natural rice, God made that. God made, oh i am glad you agree with me.
